Pro-Se Clinics

("Pro-se" refers to a party in a legal action who is not represented by an attorney.)

These are free clinics for individuals representing themselves in divorce and other domestic legal actions.

Pro-Se 1:

Overview of divorce process and initial forms. An attorney is present to answer questions and help fill out forms. First and Third Thursday of every month, Jury Assembly Room #W113, 1st Floor in the West Tower,  El Paso County Courthouse, 12:00 - 1:30 p.m.

The Pro-Se II has been cancelled.

Pro Se Self Help Center

The Self-Help Center has divorce forms, pro se custody packets and other information. Opened 8:00 AM to noon and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM Mondays - Fridays.  Located in the Room 105 of the Clerk's Office, El Paso County Courthouse.  Telephone:  (719) 227-5191. Click here to e-mail the Self Help Center

Law Library

The law library is located at the Pike Peak Library 20 North Cascade, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, (719) 531-6333. It contains statutes, case law and other resources.  The statutes may also be found at the Colorado Springs Public Library.
