Help For Navigating The Commercial Docket - Coaches

 

The Commercial Docket is a pilot project and is an experiment in trying to achieve efficiencies in resolving challenging cases.  In a cooperative effort between the bench and the bar, the Commercial Docket Implementation Committee prepared new practice standards for cases assigned to the Docket.  In order to ease the implementation of the Commercial Docket and help the success of the pilot project, seasoned litigators in our community have volunteered their experience and time to act as coaches, helping attorneys navigate the path of their case through the Commercial Docket.  These services are offered free for the asking for the benefit of our community.  If you would like some insights on handling a case assigned (or that you want assigned) to the Commercial Docket, please contact one of the following Commercial Docket Coaches directly:
