4th Judicial District Judge Kane was appointed to the District Court on September 16, 1994. Judge Kane grew up in Colorado Springs, graduating from St. Mary's High School, the University of Colorado as an undergraduate (1974) and the University of Colorado School of Law (1977). Judge Kane is married and has five children. Although Judge Kane has only been on the bench for less than two years, he has already shown himself to be an outstanding jurist, a student of the law and, above all, he displays great enthusiasm for the job and respect for those who appear before him. |
