Effective October 12, 1999, ALL child support payments for El Paso County & Teller County, Colorado, shall be made through the

	You MUST include your FSR account number on all payments.
	If your court case was filed AFTER October 12, 1999, the FSR will send you coupons for payments.
	However, if your case was filed PRIOR to October 12, 1999, YOU MUST CALL FSR TO OBTAIN YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER AND COUPONS.
	You must keep the Court and FSR informed of any changes of address.
	For a payment history AFTER October 12, 1999,  call FSR at one of the numbers listed above.
