Judges and Magistrates must be fair. 

You can talk to a judge or magistrate ONLY if all the other people involved are present. 

Do not contact the judge or magistrate personally. 

If you want to tell something to the Judge or Magistrate, you must write it down and file it with the Clerk of Court.  You must also send a copy to the other people involved.
